Service Overview
Queensland Chauffeur provides luxury private transport services across Queensland, offering pre-booked transfers, corporate travel, and bespoke chauffeur packages.
Bookings
Booking Confirmation: All bookings must be confirmed via email, phone, or our booking system.
Cancelations
We understand that plans can change. To ensure fairness and availability for all clients, the following cancellation terms apply:
- Minimum 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or modify any booking without incurring a fee.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time may be subject to a cancellation charge of up to 100% of the booking total.
- No-shows or last-minute cancellations where the chauffeur has already been dispatched will incur the full fare.
To cancel or amend your booking, please contact us via phone or email as early as possible.
Payments and Pricing
- All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and inclusive of applicable GST.
- Payment must be completed via approved methods before service delivery.
- Pricing may vary depending on route, duration, peak periods, and additional service requests.
Service Conditions
- Passengers must be ready at the designated pickup location at the scheduled time.
- Consumption of alcohol, smoking, and illegal substances is strictly prohibited inside vehicles.
- Drivers reserve the right to refuse service to individuals displaying abusive or unsafe behavior.
Limitation of Liability
While Queensland Chauffeurs strives to deliver a seamless, safe, and punctual experience, certain circumstances may arise beyond our control. By using our service, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Queensland Chauffeurs is not liable for any delays caused by traffic congestion, road closures, severe weather, natural disasters, accidents, public events, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
- We are not responsible for loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings, luggage, or valuables left in the vehicle during or after the journey. Passengers are advised to keep their belongings with them at all times.
- We accept no liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including but not limited to missed flights, cruises, appointments, or business meetings, resulting from service delays or disruptions.
- Passengers are responsible for providing accurate pickup information, contact details, and allowing sufficient travel time. We recommend scheduling pickups with adequate buffer time to accommodate possible delays.
Insurance & Safety
Queensland Chauffeurs maintains comprehensive commercial vehicle insurance and adheres to all regulatory and safety standards. All chauffeurs are fully licensed, experienced, and vetted, and every effort is made to provide a safe, secure, and reliable experience.
Privacy & Data Protection
At Queensland Chauffeurs, your privacy is a top priority. We are committed to protecting your personal information and ensuring it is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, in compliance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

- Some personal and booking data may be securely stored on RideMinder servers
- Data is not stored locally by Queensland Chauffeurs
- RideMinder also adheres to strong privacy and security protocols and complies with applicable data protection regulations
We do not sell or share your personal information for marketing purposes, and your data is only accessible to those directly involved in fulfilling your service.
