Bookings & scheduling
How do I make a booking?
Bookings can be made online through our Instant Quote, by email, or over the phone. Please provide your journey type, date, pickup/drop-off addresses, and any special requests.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 24–48 hours ahead. For peak times, corporate events, or special occasions, we advise securing arrangements several weeks in advance.
Can I request multiple pickup or drop-off locations?
Yes, we accommodate multi-stop itineraries—perfect for airport pickups, hotel stops, events, or coordinated group movements.
How do I modify my booking?
Changes are accepted if submitted in advance and vehicle availability allows. Fees may apply for late amendments.
Payments & pricing
What is included in the quoted fare?
Quoted prices include vehicle hire, chauffeur service, fuel, tolls, and bottled water. Attraction fees, meals, and gratuities are not included unless otherwise specified.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit cards, direct deposit and cash. Corporate accounts can also be arranged with invoicing on request.
Safety & punctuality
How do you ensure punctuality?
We monitor flight schedules and traffic updates in real time. Chauffeurs aim to arrive early for all bookings, and detailed driver contact info is shared before pickup.
Do you guarantee driver safety standards?
Yes. All chauffeurs hold current licenses, commercial vehicle accreditation, and defensive driver training. Vehicles undergo regular safety inspections.
About our service delivery
What can I expect on the day of service?
Your chauffeur will arrive professionally dressed with a name sign if required. The vehicle will be clean and ready; assistance with luggage, temperature, or music preferences is available on request.
How do you handle flight or schedule delays?
Your driver desk monitors your itinerary. If your flight or plan changes, wait time is adjusted accordingly (flight delays do not incur additional charges within the free waiting window).
Cancellations & changes
What is your cancellation policy?
- Bookings cancelled more than 24 hrs in advance: no charge
- Same-day cancellations or no-shows: up to 100% of the fare may apply
- For wedding, formal or group bookings, a deposit may be required
Vehicles & services
What vehicles are available?
Our fleet includes executive sedans, luxury SUVs, and premium people movers suitable for individuals, couples, families, and small groups.
Can you provide child seats or additional gear?
Yes. Rear-facing, forward-facing and booster seats are available on request at no extra cost. We also accommodate extra luggage and strollers where possible.
Are passengers allowed to eat or drink in the vehicle?
Yes, with permission. Please note that spills can result in additional cleaning charges. Alcohol consumption is only permitted with prior approval.
Additional services
Do you offer hourly hire or multi-stop journeys?
Yes. Hourly bookings are ideal for tours, conference transport, or meals. You can also book timed or multi-stop services, such as airport-to-event transfers or private tours.
Are your services available for corporate accounts?
Absolutely. We support regular business clients with consolidated invoicing, priority booking, and dedicated support.
Can I request a specific driver or vehicle?
Where availability allows, yes. If you’ve previously travelled with us and have a preferred chauffeur or vehicle, we’ll endeavour to accommodate your request.
