Our Fleet & Vehicle Pricing
Your ride with us starts with a top-of-the-line vehicle. Our instant quote tool gives you a base price for a luxurious long-wheelbase sedan. Want to upgrade? No problem!
European Sedans:
- Experience brands like Mercedes-Benz, and Audi for a 30% premium.
- Premium SUVs: Need more space? Our SUVs are available for a 35% premium.
- People Movers: Traveling with a group?
- Our 7-seaters are a great option for a 50% premium.
- Our 11-seaters (like the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter) are perfect for larger groups, available for a 95% premium.
When you get an instant quote, you can easily switch between vehicle types to see the updated price.
Additional Costs to Keep in Mind
To ensure you only pay for what you use, some charges are added to your final bill:
- Tolls: Toll charges are separate, so you’re only billed for the exact tolls on your route.
- Airport Pickup/Parking Fees: We pass on the actual cost of these fees from the airport. Please note that these fees can vary and are subject to change by the airport authorities. As of early 2025, typical charges for short-term pick-ups include:
- Brisbane Airport (Domestic & International): From approximately $14 for the first 30 minutes.
- Gold Coast Airport (Coolangatta): From $9 for the first half-hour (with the first 10 minutes free).
- Sunshine Coast Airport: The first 10 minutes are free, with charges applying after that. For example, it’s around $12 for 10-60 minutes.
- Toowoomba Airport: The first hour is free, with fees of around $6 for 1-2 hours.
- Card Processing Fees: Our payment processor, Stripe, charges a fee for all credit and debit card transactions. We don’t make a profit on these.
- Australian Cards: 1.7% + $0.30 per transaction
- International Cards: 3.5% + $0.30 per transaction
- Time of Day Surcharges: To cover increased operational costs, surcharges apply for trips during specific hours.
- Late Night (10:30 PM – 1:00 AM): +15%
- Very Early Morning (1:00 AM – 4:00 AM): +25%
- Early Morning (4:00 AM – 5:00 AM): +15%

Hourly As-Directed Hire
Need a driver on-demand? Our hourly service is perfect for you, with a 2-hour minimum hire. The longer you book, the better the rate!
- 2+ hours: $120/hour
- 4+ hours: $115/hour
- 6+ hours: $110/hour
- 8+ hours: $105/hour
Vehicle & Luggage Capacities
Here’s a quick guide to our vehicle capacities:
- Executive Sedans: 4 passengers, 2 large suitcases
- Premium Sedans/SUVs: 4 passengers, 2-4 large suitcases
- 7-Seat People Movers: 7 passengers, 5 large suitcases
- 11-Seat People Movers: 11 passengers, 7 large suitcases

Waiting Time Charges
We know flights can be delayed, which is why we offer complimentary waiting time. After this period, charges apply.
- Regular bookings: 10 minutes free
- Domestic airport pickups: 30 minutes free
- International airport pickups: 60 minutes free
- Waiting Fee: From $1.50 per minute, depending on your vehicle.
Child Seats
Your family’s safety is our priority. We offer a variety of child seats (rear-facing, front-facing, and boosters) for $25 each. This fee covers professional cleaning and secure installation by our drivers.
Special Event Premiums
Planning a wedding, formal, or another special event? These bookings require extra resources and planning, and are subject to premium pricing.
- Special Event Cancellation Policy: Due to the significant planning involved, a 50% cancellation fee applies if you cancel 7+ days before the event, and a 100% fee is charged for cancellations within 7 days.
